Thank you for purchasing our products.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

 

• You have 30 calendar days to return any item from the date you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

For product returns, please send an email to keia@yemojabeauty.com to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the item(s) you plan to return, and the reason for the return. We will refund all qualifying returns to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a company error, in which case we will email you a return label to print out and use.

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

We will initiate a refund to your credit card or original form of payment.

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Return Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
